I compared this with two other after market frames i own and the kraft/tech is the clear winner for fit and finish. Traditionally motorcycle frames are made out of mild steel, though more modern motorcycles have frames made out of tubular aluminum as well.

The dom tubing on my kraftech was a bigger diameter than a paughco if my memory serves me correct.

Dom steel tubing, mandrel bent and then tig and mig welded. Everything is straight and fits properly. 34 degree rake, 4 up, 1 1/2 forward designed for 5 and 6 speed transmissions.

2 people found this helpful. I know it's a pain in the butt but, kraft tech is a stand up company that builds a good safe frame, they do serious r&d and, with more than 30 years of frame experience, build one of the best frames on the planet. This is a 4 up 1 out 38 degree with 1 3/8 tubing.
